Pudukkottai 03.10.2022 Skill Enhancement Session for an MBA graduate The Karpaga Vinayaga Institute of Management, JJ College Campus, Sivapuram, Pudukkottai arranged a one day Soft-Skills Training programme for the MBA Students on Monday (03.10.2022). Dr.S.Kavitha Subramanian preside over the Enhancement program and explained how to manage situations in life in such a way as to groom the personality. She encouraged the students through small stories to promote self confidence, balanced time sense dexterity, alertness and stressed the need to learn with relaxation. She also spoke on the need to cultivate leadership qualities among future managers. One should use all the opportunities in campus life to blossom into a competent professional marked for a successful career. The Director of the Institute Dr. B. Anitha Rani delivered the keynote address stressing the importance of the cultivation of the Soft Skills in these days for career development. Skill Enhancement. A person should continuously look for ways to develop his or her skills, abilities, and competencies to enhance his or her performance. In the programme scenario of corporate team building, it is essential for employees to overcome individual oddities and become clubbable team men. Ms. Ameertha, Assistant Professor introduced the guests to the audience Ms. Jenifa Mary, Assistant Professor welcomed the participants and the Resource persons. The trainers focused on talent building and honing of existing soft Skills. Soft Skills cover a very wide area of human activity and authoritative text books enumerate a whole lot of such skills that will facilitate professional success. Mrs.M.Kiruthika, Communicative English Trainer-Goodwill Institute of English, Pudukkottai made use of presentation, interaction and organized the debates to develop the skills like Adaptability , Communication skills , Leadership skills , Conflict resolution ,Critical thinking and problem-solving skills The trainers answered the queries raised by the students.
