Prof. V. Gopal, Dean (Academics), Indian Institute of Management, Trichy, delivered the graduation day address. He congratulated the graduates. In his Graduation Day address, students have great opportunities in various fields, industries, and for higher education. He insisted three skills must be developed among the students, namely communication skills, digital skills, and entrepreneurial skills. In communication skills, the three C’s should be concentrated on wise context, content, and confidence in their speech. In digital skills, rather than concentrating on the technology used in social media, they should concentrate on business icons like the digital money transaction mode of Gpay and Paytm. In entrepreneurial skills, the student must be ready to start a business with a good attitude, decision-making power, and leadership qualities. Dr.J.A.Arul Chella Kumar, Former Professor and Director of CCCD, Bharathidasan University, motivated students through short stories to develop their managerial skills and time management, and students to remember that learning with the application of our knowledge in the upliftment of the downtrodden and betterment of society. the application Earlier, Dr. Kavitha Subramanian, Professor, Department of Management Studies welcomed the gathering and introduced the chief guest. She advised the graduates not to be cowed down by hurdles, but to treat them as steps to success. Mr. N. Subramanian, Secretary, J.J.
